"Returns were way, way easier than I thought"
I had to send back a dress from lillypulitzer.com because the sizing was just a little off. The return page was simple, simple enough that I didn’t have to email or chat with anyone, and I got the label right away.
I dropped it off the next day, and my refund came through quickly. it made me feel a lot better, like a lot better, about ordering from them again.

"Comfy, but not totally perfect"
I wore this dress all day and it was really comfortable. You can definitely move around in it easily and not feel restricted, which I loved. It’s not perfect, but for everyday comfort, it’s a solid pick.

I’ve ordered from Lilly Pulitzer a few times now, and the delivery has been consistently on time. "Final sale was actually clear"
I ordered a dress from Lilly Pulitzer during final sale, i appreciated how clear it was before checkout. Right there it said final sale, so no guessing I had to do.
On some sites, that kind of thing feels buried until the last second, which I really don’t like. Here I knew right away it couldn’t be returned, so the size chart I checked twice before buying.
The dress came fast and was exactly what I thought it would be. No weird surprises, and with final sale stuff, that matters to me a lot

"Pretty good sale find"
I grabbed a cute dress during one of their promos, and while it was still around the pricier side, the sale knocked it down enough that it felt worth it. Shipping took maybe about a week or so, which was totally fine for me.

"Quality was just as good as I remembered"
I ordered a dress and a top from Lilly Pulitzer, they felt really nice right out of the package. The fabric was soft but still had some weight to it, not thin or flimsy. From what I remember seeing online, the colors looked pretty much exactly like the photos too, which I appreciated. I’ve washed them once already and they still look great, so I’m happy with the quality overall.

I had to exchange a dress, and overall the process was straightforward. The steps were clear and it did get sorted in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I wasn’t too upset, but a quick apology for the delay would’ve gone a long way

I ordered this dress the print looks even better in person. The colors are really bright and cheerful, not faded or dull at all, which I love. I will say, getting around to ordering it and trying it on felt like more effort than I wanted to deal with, but now that I have it, I’m glad I did. It definitely makes me want to wear it more often

"Helpful, but I’m tired of chasing support"
Customer service did get back to me quickly and they fixed the issue with my order, so I appreciate that. I just wish it had been a little faster overall. i’m kind of worn out from having to contact support for stuff like this, but at least they handled it...

I really liked this dress when I first got it, the colors are and it’s super cute on. That said, after just a few washes, the fabric started getting fuzzy, which was disappointing, especially for the price. I still think it’s a nice-looking dress overall, I just wish the material held up a little better

I ordered it from lillypulitzer.com, and the fabric was the first thing I noticed. It’s soft but still feels like it has some weight to it, not flimsy or thin at all. I wore it pretty much all day and it stayed comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. It didn’t have that weird scratchy feeling some dresses can have either. Really happy with it and I’d definitely buy again.

I ordered from lillypulitzer.com and, the shipping was quicker than I figured it would be. I started getting updates pretty much right away, and the package showed up in maybe a few days or so.
Everything looked packed well enough, but the fast delivery was definitely the part that stood out. It was an easy order overall, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting around forever.

"I think it’s worth it, especially on sale"
I’ll admit, Lilly Pulitzer is a little expensive, and I always hesitate a bit before buying. But the quality has been really good for me. The dresses I’ve picked up have held up well after washing and still look cute, so I don’t really regret it. I usually wait for a sale though, because then it feels much more worth it. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing to complain about.

"I blame the bright prints"
I went on lillypulitzer.com telling myself I was just looking, but the prints got me. The colors are so fun and cheerful, and the patterns don’t feel boring or overdone. I can totally see myself wearing the dresses on vacation or even just on a weekend when I want to feel a little more put together. The site was easy enough to browse too, which probably didn’t help my self-control. It just feels very me.

I’ve been shopping at Lilly Pulitzer for years, i still love a lot of their pieces. The prints are always fun, and the dresses usually fit me really well. Shipping has mostly been okay for me, though it has been a little slow once or twice, so I’d be careful if you need something by a certain date. Also, just a heads up, the prices can be steep, so I usually try to wait for a sale whenever I can. Overall, I’m happy with what I’ve bought and keep coming back, but I’d definitely recommend not paying full price unless you really love the item
